Some years ago Rekers started to manufacture its own block machine - based originally on the NEWA machine developed by Robert Van Baarsel, Commercial Director of Rekers. This machine is one of the most reliable, high output, universal machines in the market. Rekers have recently developed a new electronically controlled variable vibration system which is superbly reliable.
REKERS PAVER PLANTS
In the UK and Eire, Rekers is well known as a supplier of building block plants - having many very high output plants in the market. What is possibly less well known, is that Rekers have supplied in the UK, over the last 5 years, paving block plants (some, a full turnkey package) to some of the most prestigious companies in the market - with 100% repeat business. Naturally, these plants incorporate state of the art cubing and packing technology with void packs, 'online aging', stretch hood systems, shrink and sleeve wrap, strapping etc. Rekers paving block plants have very fast cycle time, very accurate height control and extreme reliability giving world leading annual outputs. Rekers have a spare parts depot in the UK and have a dedicated team of technicians to give rapid, competent customer service.
